I'm not sure, but when I stream my own music with it, it sounds exactly like it should i.e. the same as in the DAW.

Winamp audio-player user here - What do YOU use?
Winamp is an old player, but it still remains to be my choice. It has way cooler visualizations than Windows Media Player, and it has all the features one ever needs, + radio stations. And when I said it's old, I meant it's old, because it has been around already in the 90's. A 64 bit version (Win 7, 8 and 10) here for free: https://www.filehorse.com/download-winamp/download/

very nice, I remember winamp too - shows my age too, it was so the best player back in the day for mp3's.
