Re: Lo-Fi taken a little too far
I checked it in the yesterday already, but was too tired to comment then. Your best work imo not, but even in this track, I admire your stuff in the sound wise a lot. I like your work more of, when you put some more action into it. By the way, how much cabling you do all the time, when you start building these? Anyway, keep them coming bro!

Ya know, you truly are excellent at what you do.
Yeah this one didn't turn out as I hoped, but I was bored as I'm stuck in quarantine due to a sick flatmate.Heigen5 wrote: Thu May 12, 2022 7:55 pm I checked it in the yesterday already, but was too tired to comment then. The cables always vary - if it's a simple sound from a module that has it's own attack/decay built in and it doesn't need much filtering or weird effects, it can be very little, but for some of the more fun stuff or those "all at once" patches I sometimes use nearly every little cable I have. And it's only getting worse as I just got a new mutating spectral resynthesizer, so now I have a good reason to send stuff from the DAW to the modular and back to be re-recorded in the DAW.

Re: Lo-Fi taken a little too far
Thanks, I was hoping to get vaguely synthwave-ish as well as lo-fi, so I'm glad you mentioned it, means I at least got somewhere approaching it. But those two bridges, lol. A bit of a mess in those sections with piano.Ashley wrote: Sun May 15, 2022 11:01 am This is really great $Bill great tape like synth wave sounds your getting there, well done, you keep going from strength to strength with the modular synth of yours!! so EPIC!!![]()

Re: Lo-Fi taken a little too far
Thanks man. This one got a little too far out there in parts, and sloppy in the rest, but it kept me busy for a few days so eh I'll take it.
