The audio is recorded into a DAW off to the side, but all the sounds and sequencing is from the hardware you see here. Some analog modules, some digital, a mish-mash of manufacturers from big companies to some guy in a garage. The doll-head "baby-bot" synths are made by some guy in Lithuania..

Using a wonky LFO as a clock source might not have been the best idea for percussion...
