I had plans to do some more tracks. But I have some back and nerve problems that trace back years. I think being in the extreme cold set it off. I have severe back pain and when I move the right way, it is lighting me up. It works it's way into my neck and down my arm, into my right wrist. All on my right side. The back is the worse. When I move just right, it feels like a knife just below my right shoulder blade.
I've had this for years, but rarely been this bad. It's not any fun,
I know all sorts of stretching techniques that I have used to handle it over the years, but this time, it's making it worse. I spent two days in sub zero weather and I think that may be part of it. I did a heat pad tonight and that finally brought me some relief. Not much.
I've only slept about 5 hours in the last 36. I move in my sleep and it wakes me up. My advice......... dont get old.
