Well, not quite 100% since I do adjust a gain knob at the start and end and one attenuator in the middle, but other than that the poorly lit houseplant is making all the important decisions here.

Wow that looks like a new world of complexity, your modular synth has come a long way! yay for Vegan, house plant haha!

Haha, you should create a band called "DollarBill and The Plants" :lol2:
Anyway, very crazy shit here, the plants seem to like experimental approach when getting a chance to make music.

Yeah it's grown some... one more major box that will grow it by just 40% or so and then I'll be good. I think.

The hard part with that gear is taming it, the plant module spits out notes 8x faster, so I have to sample/hold the results after feeding the gates through a clock divider to calm it down. Rather unpredictable, but then if I wanted a simple melody I have several other ways to do it more conventionally, but where's the fun in that?

Next one should be more normal, heh,

I think it's great that you're experimenting like this, it's good to do new stuff and stuff that is a bit different, definitely different to what I'm used to but is always a good thing in my book! keep up the awesome work with your Mod-synth-digital-contraption. hehe.

Wow, talk about crazy stuffðŸĪŠðŸ‘ so this is the plants "feelings"? Essentially. I'm impressed with the set up brother.🕉ðŸŒŋ

Scion puts out four sample/hold (with optional slew) CVs plus 4 gates in a few different modes that can be used for whatever. I sent the gates to a clock divider and re-sample/heldtwo of the CVs to slow it down since it can be rather frantic - once it's out of that module you can do whatever you want with it. It also puts out a square wave osc (which I should use again some day) that does whatever noisy thing it does - it's all related to the varying electrical resistance of whatever you hook it up to. There might be some way to influence it using varying light on a plant or maybe with physical activity if you hook it up to your fingers or body, but I need to dive deeper into it to figure that out instead of getting distracted routing it all over the system to make silly noises.

Wow, wish I understood thisðŸĪĢðŸĪĢ I get it though to a certain degree. Keep it up brother, keeps the brain ticking over😄👍

Ya know. If that plant were to ever morph with that gear you just might be the leader in AI development. Be careful, I think that plant may be psychotic
