A very short (40 seconds!) demo with the Strymon Magneto. After the first two seconds of just the Moog and a little percussion, I un-pause the module, and every delay, pitch, and tape-speed effect you hear after that is coming from the Magneto. Jammed too many changes in for such a short thing, but then again screw you why not?!?

"The hand" really helps these rhythms a long, I applaud that.

Dis is good. Why not making an EP where you experiment but also produce stuff up by using your rack and DAW together?

Your post about that in the other thread already convinced me. Been trying to think of some sort of theme or idea to tie together a few ideas, want it to be more "intentional" than my usual "let the thing run for 5 minutes" that I do on youtube (and the 30 second versions for Instagram)

That's interesting. I was thinking while watching you, I wonder, back in the day, if anyone ever performed live on stage with rack module synths like that. The earliest stuff with lots of synths on stage that I remember ever seeing was a performance of Rick Wakeman doing Journey to the Center of the Earth on ABC's In Concert series. That would have been in the mid 1970s. Of course all the synths were units with keyboards and he had a lot of buttons and knobs. I dont remember seeing rack units like that.
I think I linked at one time, a video of Wendy Carlos, back when she was still Walter, demonstrating sounds from a huge rack of modules like that.
As a bonus on the Wakeman concert, it had Vivian Stanshall as an Emcee, sitting in a giant wicker chair.

It does happen, but it helps a lot that the Eurorack stuff is a lot smaller than the old Moog monsters. I've seen instagram posts where people take small battery powered ones out hiking and such too.
