Hello,
I use a midi bass pedal to trigger a synth in reason 10 and I play that device with my two feet.
The problem (for me) is that it is polyphonic!
So when I hold the last note with my left foot and I wanna switch to another note with my right foot, mostly the notes sound together
and I wanna avoid that. Especially when I play drones with long release times.
So what I search is a RE or another device within Reason that filters all polyphonic note events out or that always sends an note off event for the last note when a second note event is coming in.
In my opinion that should be a very simple task for some piece of software but I couldn't find any RE that provides that feature for me.
Does anyone know how I could fix that?
Greetings Deepsoul

Hi Deepsoul77!
I am not an expert in the use of pedals and controlling instruments, but... polyphone can be changed for every instrument from it's polyphone field and in your case it should be 1. Also you could choose 'mono' in the either 'triggering' or 'legato' mode, and it should do what you want then.
Let us know, if you need any further help.
By the way, - welcome to the forums!
