Not really a lifestyle change. I'm still the same asshole I was before I quit. Finding another reward does not necessarily change your life. If you look at it as a lifestyle issue then you are just making excuses. I found that I really hated tobacco smoke. You will definitely smell better.

Nice! Just slight tad too thick. Might trim back the freqs below 500 hz a very small bit. Maybe just on the bass drum.
